HOW WE COLLECT DATA

When a potential client contacts us, all the data relevant to their travel is collected securely on e-mail and captured within our database.
WHAT DATA WE COLLECT & WHY

Personal Data collected during the booking process, usually includes:
Client’s name – our suppliers require this to hold a provisional booking
Nationality – to advise guests if there are any visa requirements for the destinations planned to visit
Emails address – this allows us to promptly communicate with them at any moment required
Copy of passports – to be able to buy the international and internal flights
Budget, interests and any other personal information – that travellers choose to
share with us this allow us to design the tailor made surprise trip for them.
There are inherent risks associated with any Holidays. As the first point of contact on the
ground our local partners need to have all guests’ personal details on hand in the event
of an emergency. This information is also required by a number of our service
providers on confirmation of a booking for operational and legal reasons. By choosing
not to share this information with us, our response time in the event of an emergency
may be compromised. The following information is requested to manage emergency
situations that may arise during travel.

WHO WE SHARE THIS DATA WITH

At Blind Experiences, we use the information to plan and book travel arrangements on behalf of the clients.
We never sell or rent data to third parties.
On confirmation of a booking, this data will be passed on to the relevant local partners as necessary (accommodation, transfer & activity providers on the ground) to ensure that our clients’ comfort and safety during travel
In the event of an emergency, this data may be passed on to emergency response personal, police, government officials etc.
CLIENT’S FEEDBACK, VIDEO AND PHOTOS

Feedback will be shared with service providers to allow them to address any areas of
Improvements and we ask clients to be able to share feedback, photos and videos on our social channels as part of our communication strategy.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
​
Customer Information Forms are kept for a period of 6 months after travel. More general information relating to the booking process may be kept on file for up to 2 years after travel.
